3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled. A valid payment method is required to process subscription fees. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees through your chosen payment method.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. The duration and eligibility for the free trial will be specified during sign-up. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically billed for the chosen subscription plan.
5. Fee Changes
Flowblock reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Flowblock after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
6. Refunds

This excluded files served using our CDN, users will get an upfront notice and guidelines about how to migrate their code to a new CDN, with a clear cut-off date.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Flowblock following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.
10. Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Thind Ventures Ltd. of any term or condition outlined in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. If any provision of the Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
